Bellissima e comoda...

Some parts of app are not working well like wish list.

They didn’t send the complete order and I have been sending tons of emails during a week and this is the day I haven’t received any call or email back

I recently visited the Oysho store at Marmara Park, Istanbul, and unfortunately had a very negative experience. I spent a considerable amount of time selecting items, but when I went to pay, my card didn't work. Instead of being understanding and patient, the employee handling my transaction became visibly frustrated, threw my card back at me, and took the bag of items from me in a very rude manner. I felt humiliated and disrespected by this behavior. Customer service is an essential part of the shopping experience, and I hope the store management takes this feedback seriously and provides better training to their staff on how to handle such situations with courtesy and professionalism.

Oysho does not care for the customer. Im waiting form my order already a month and Im sending mails and asking assistance from chat, but zero attention! they don't even care

Store location doesn’t pop up when I try entering zip code or city it is just blank. Looks suspicious, considered not buying anything, because the app could be scam.

This app is so easy to use. I can purchase my items without any problem and in a fast way. Love that it keeps my information saved within my account and helps with a faster checkout. I also absolutely love all items Oysho releases.

They canceled my order that they don’t have the iteam dont put it in the app if you don’t have it

Been in the stores and now tried to buy online but the app will let me add to the cart then when trying to pay it says out of stock, cheap

Cloches is perfect, but app and website are terrible, if I’m spending 4 ours just trying to do order, it seems that oysho has problems.

I ordered something weeks ago and it gave me a delivery date. Now weeks later I’ve received an email that my order is cancelled due to low stock. They should just say out of stock from the get go so you’re not waiting for nothing.

Trying to purchase s footwear ,lingerie and leggings but won’t let me put in my cart more than 4 items !

No online support. A lot of bugs in the app.

No realizan los envíos, te cobran y luego te dejan esperando tu pedido durante 15 o más días, y si buscas el estado del paquete te ponen en tránsito, si no preguntas en el chat de atención al cliente, no te enteras que el pedido fue cancelado, culpando siempre a la empresa de paquetería. Fatal, me siento estafada y todavía esperando que llegue el rembolso a la tarjeta.

I’m using the app in the US, I suppose the location sometimes affects the variety of goods you can choose. That’s been said, seems like thise items that are just not available in the US are not clickable. But when I reached out for support in the app the answer I was given was “the thing is you’re using the app from iphone - our app does not work with iphone”. This surprised me a lot since I’ve been using the app for a year already from my iphone. Then, the support specialist offered me to use the android to use their app, which surprised me even more - what an amazing offer for the customer, it’s a pity they do not offer buying and sending an android to all those who have iphones.

Horrible! Impossible to return online, make sure I never purchase form OYSHO

تطبيق فاشل وغير متعاون ولا يلتزم بمواعيده لطعوني بشحنتي فوق الوقت المحدد وراح اقرب اكمل شهر كامل وآخر شي رفضو تعديل مكان الاستلام وانا مضطره اعدله بسبب تأخيرهم الفضيع

Fast purchasing

I love Oysho, it’s my first choice when it comes to clothing but the app is a total mess. It’s terrible, always laggy and giving me errors. You guys can do way better!
